As are the teachers, so are the students. The quality of the teachers does determine the quality of their students. If the teachers are highly knowledgeable, determined, and skillful in imparting knowledge to their students, it is obvious that the students too would become the highly talented citizens.

The inter school or college or university teachers interactions to enhance the knowledge and skill levels are also being conducted professionally in several institutions.

To enhance the quality of the teaching staff, the management does guide and counsel the teachers by finding out their weaknesses.

Some educational institutions do supply soft ware and other useful materials to their teaching staff to encourage them to upgrade their knowledge levels related to teaching.

The heavy competition among the educational institutes has been responsible for finding out the innovative methods to improve the quality and thus the reputation of the educational institutes. This is evident by the fact that some institutes do not even hesitate to send their faculty to several foreign institutions for training in various teaching methods and thus facilitating the interactions among the teaching staff too.
